I figured this out, There is a new cell phone commercial that has this exact display of lights they must have been filming the commercial and we saw it. Short com. but at the beginning of it it has the nights sky, and in the horizon the massive light display.
Cost allot of money the pull this one off.

October 15, 2010 about 7:00 pm
Was driving up I-75 through Perrysburg Ohio, I looked east and thought I say a fireworks display. That is not unusual for Ohio as people love their fireworks there.
But something was wrong this massive display was not dissipating, in fact it was twinkling. This thing, if a hoax took allot of money. It was a thousand feet up but did touch the ground, nothing on the net comes close to it. It stayed there for the whole ten min. that it took to drive by, with strings of yellow, red and blue lights (light Christmas lights) spinning as if they were around a circular window. I said on the CB radio, “Do you guys see that over there or am I nuts?” We all saw it, one guy accused me of smoking pot, then said “holly #!%T I see it too.”
I had a camera but didn’t think it would take that kind of picture so I didn’t bother getting it out. I wish I had have pulled over and tried now, as nobody seemed to be posting anything about it.

Tonight I was in brookpark oh for the homedays fireworks display. At around 10:35, fiive minutes after the finally ended my family, neighbors and I saw about 30 red lights that just appeared in the sky and traveled from behind the fireworks to about over Hopkins airport and they disappeared. Before the fireworks started we saw what looked to be red light circlng the area because we would see it travel from in front to behind us to the side. This light was exactly the same light as what we saw after the fireworks. People kept writing this off as sparks or ballons with candles on them. But I really don’t think so. When they were moving after the fireworks it went
from a cluster to a single line of red lghts fading when they all got to what looked like the airport area. But they definitely weren’t planes because they never travel that closely together. I’m kind of scared of what this means, but I know I’m not crazy. Has anyone else seen this or know for sure what those were?

im from kalamazoo michigan, and from my neighborhood ive noticed a single glowing light of this description last summer, then the past 3 nights ive noticed 3 of these lights, sometimes a 4th one that disappears. the first one we noticed moves, and i watched it travel slowly to the right, stop, then fly down past the horizon. me and my frend hav also heard a weird, humming/whistling noise for a few seconds then stop, then start again. weve been filming it zoomed up. i wanna put the vids online asap.
